CONTRACT CAD TECHNICIAN

Longhorn Geomatics Limited is a Geomatics and Land Surveying Corporation located in Calgary, Alberta, and is currently seeking Contract CAD Technicians to work locally or remotely to help accommodate increasing work volumes. Successful candidates may be considered for future full time positions.

Requirements:
As a successful candidate you:

• have one year minimum CAD Operator experience on oil and gas projects (wellsite, pipeline, construction, topographic, and cadastral surveys)
• have proficient use of AutoCAD software
• have proficient survey calculation and coordinate geometry skills
• have employment references
• Owning your own CAD Station with AutoCAD and Adobe software is an asset

Responsibilities:
As a member of Longhorn’s team you will:

• draft oilfield related survey drawings such as wellsite plans, pipeline drawings (IOP, crossing, construction drawings), and legal survey drawings
